What to do if you want to see a model home
If you would like for me to represent you in the construction of a new home and would like to see some models or meet with a builder, contact me prior to going and I will accompany you to the sites of your choice. If you would like to visit model homes before contacting me, do so and just remember not to sign any guest lists or forms while at the model. Signing their guest list ties you to representation from the agents working in the model homes that are employed by that builder. By letting a Realtor help you construct a new home, you have someone working for YOU and YOUR best interests. | |
